Duties include generating customer invoices, posting customer payments and creating bank deposits, paying vendor invoices, reviewing weekly time cards for submission to payroll company, taking customer phone orders, filing various documents and other duties as assigned. Knowledge of general accounting and Microsoft Office required and experience with QuickBooks a plus. Competitive salary and benefits. Familiar with use of a typewriter is a plus.
