The Champlain Valley Office of Economic Opportunity (CVOEO) seeks a Coordinated Entry (CE) Administrator who will work to ensure that persons experiencing homelessness in our area receive consistent, appropriate, and equal access to local housing and services. This role serves as a liaison between service users, outreach staff, shelters, case management/housing navigation services, and housing providers as they strive for seamless and efficient coordination of services. The CE Administrator analyze and present data, prepare applications and grant reports, maintain the housing prioritization list, and supervise at least one other staff person.
Successful applicants will have a Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years relevant experience; a commitment to diversity; effective verbal and written communication skills – bilingual abilities are a plus; the ability to communicate respectfully and with compassion; knowledge of Housing First approaches, familiarity with case management principles and procedures, program management skills, database skills, staff supervision, and meeting facilitation/presentation. A clean driving record and access to reliable transportation are required.
