Housing Retention Specialist provides eviction prevention and service coordination to low-income seniors, persons with disabilities and families. This position will work as a part of a skilled team and will focus on assessment, intervention, and service coordination of at-risk households. The ideal candidate should be highly organized with strong written and verbal communication skills and positively contribute to a collaborative team.
