Aurora North Software, Inc., a Burlington, Vermont based software company and industry leader known for providing advanced technology solutions to law firms all over the world, is currently hiring a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to work on our administration team in our Burlington office.
The successful candidate will have 2+ years of experience working in a comparable office environment, must have strong computer and interpersonal skills and be able to work as a team member. Assistant must be proficient in both Word and Excel and comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite including MS Outlook. Responsibilities include managing systems and supplies to ensure that basic office, kitchen and employee needs are fulfilled, general office maintenance, reception, purchasing and receiving, travel arrangements, errands and other general office duties. The ability to successfully interact with co-workers is essential. This position requires a minimum of 20 hours per week, M-F.
