Customer Service/Estimator Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Develop a thorough knowledge of the company’s products and pricing structure.
• Responding to incoming customer calls and emails.
• Prepare and send sales quotes to the customer after reviewing for accuracy and completeness.
• Respond to and resolve customer questions, including the supervisor when necessary.
• Use Planswift Takeoff & Estimating software to assist with architectural roof plan takeoffs
• Follow-up on sales quotes.
• Technical support phone calls and emails on various topics, including product specifications, warranties, installation, and use.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of the roofing industry is preferred, not required.
• Ability to read architectural plans
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask in this fast-paced environment.
