Responsibilities:
Develop a thorough knowledge of the company’s products and pricing structure.
Responding to incoming customer calls and emails.
Prepare and send sales quotes to the customer after reviewing for accuracy and completeness.
Respond to and resolve customer questions, including the supervisor when necessary.
Use Planswift Takeoff & Estimating software to assist with architectural roof plan takeoffs
Follow-up on sales quotes.
Technical support phone calls and emails on various topics, including product specifications, warranties, installation, and use.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Working knowledge of the roofing industry is preferred, not required.
Ability to read architectural plans
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
Ability to multitask in this fast-paced environment.
