350Vermont, a vibrant statewide grassroots climate justice organization, is looking for an Office Manager for our Burlington office. Come support this important work!
You will coordinate keeping our office organized, well-supplied, and welcoming to all the different people and groups that use the space. You will help with a wide range of the administrative tasks needed in our work, from managing printing and mailing of fundraising appeals to making sure that bills get paid. Some experience with budgets, using communication databases, and managing websites is helpful. Strong communication and organization skills, the ability to collaborate effectively, a commitment to social justice, comfort using tech tools like the Google Suite, and flexibility are essential.
This is an in-person position at our downtown Burlington office. You’ll be supporting an organization with a five-person staff collective, three of whom work out of the Burlington office regularly. The job is 15 hours/week at $20/hour, with two weeks/year of paid time off.
