The Spruce Peak Arts Financial Manager has primary responsibility for the accounting operations of the Spruce Peak Performing Arts Center including entering invoices, making journal entries, generating checks, projecting cash flow, reconciling bank and general ledger accounts, reporting sales tax, producing month-end and year-end reports, coordinating year-end review and 990 preparation with CPA firm, and assisting the Executive Director with budget development. This position is part-time, 16 to 20 hours/week, year-round. Working remotely is possible 50-75% of the time depending on the candidate.
