Evernorth, Inc is seeking an experienced Community Investments Senior Analyst for LIHTC Acquisitions. This role supports the Community Investments Low Income Housing Credit (LIHTC) Acquisitions team in making affordable housing investments through investment selection, structuring, approval, and construction loan closing. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of experience in multi- family affordable housing, community development, economic development or real estate financing fields. This role requires some travel with in New England and to national events.
