This position is responsible for the financial life cycle of major City projects, which entails the creation, documentation, and maintenance of project accounting policies and procedures, as well as training staff how to implement the policies and procedures. The position sits in the Clerk/Treasurer Office, however works in partnership with and support of all departments’ staff responsible for capital project accounting to provide guidance related to procedures. Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and three (3) years of capital project accounting.
